Hotel must take care like, electric points for mobile charging, hot water in bathrooms and bathrooms cleaning, mattress needs maintenance/replacement the housekeeping needs more attention TV remote replacement

Best hotel. The service is excellent and staff is awesome. I would recommend to book this hotel whenever you visit mussorie. Awesome weather with awesome view and weather. Full price worth. So dont worry and be happy.

Hi, They might provide good service only if you're visiting as a couple or with family. But if you're a group of male friends, then they will provide you the rooms that no one has chosen (we're provided the rooms in basement). We called for room service (for water) around 10.30 but no one came. Basically if you book online, they will ask if you're all male friends, then they will give you the room which don't get occupied easily. We asked them for other rooms but they didn't provide. I had no choice as I've paid already while booking the room online. The better option is to reach mussorie and then check the room and then pay for it. Thanks, Rohit
